1.     Pets in Paris reserve the rights to refuse any animal and no reason need be given.

2.     All dogs must have a current C5 (or C3 + Kennel Cough) and Cats F3 vaccination certificate, to  
   sight on arrival. Re-vaccination date must not have expired.

3.     If the animal requires veterinary attention the owners shall be liable for all costs and out of pocket
   expenses.

4.     Unless otherwise advised by the owner, the selection of a veterinarian for treatment shall be at the
   discretion of Pets in Paris. In the event of serious illness or accident where the owner cannot be
   contacted the veterinary surgeons decision relating to treatment of the animal will be final.

5.     Boarding rates are charged for each calendar day irrespective of the time of admission or
   departure (e.g overnight is 2 days).

6.     The owner agrees to pay all costs and charges incurred during and relating to the animal(s) stay at
   Pets in Paris (including boarding fees, veterinary expenses, special services requested and any other
   charges incurred). These charges must be paid for prior to the animal being released from boarding.

7.     If the animal is not collected within 7 days of the departure date below, and with no word from the
   owner to make suitable arrangements for the animal to be collected, the animal becomes the
   property of Pets In Paris and the owner gives permission for Pets in Paris to dispose of the animal as
   they see fit. In accordance to the provisions of part (5) of the Domestic (Feral and Nuisance) Animal
   Act.

8.     If an animal is to be boarded for an indefinite period, a Credit Card authorisation and number must
   be supplied to allow us to take weekly boarding payments.

9.     The owner releases Pets in Paris, its employees and agents from all liability for injury, illness, death, loss
   or damage of any kind whatsoever that may occur to the animal while in the care of, or being
   transported by, or being directly supervised by Pets in Paris, its employees and agents.

10.   The owner authorises Pets In Paris to use pictures of their animal while participating in activities on its
   website and in other promotional material.

11.   The owner represents that he/she is the sole owner of the animal, free and clear of all liens and
   encumbrances.

12.   If the animal is to be boarded for more than two (2) weeks, 50% (non-refundable) of board must be
   paid in advance. Refunds will only be given if cancellation is received four (4) weeks prior to booking
   dates.

13.   If booking during Easter and Christmas, 50% of the full fee must be paid at time of booking. No
   refunds will be given if cancellation of booking is less than 4 weeks prior to check in date. Booking is
  not confirmed until funds are received. For the Christmas period, full boarding payment is to be
  made by the 1st December or at least 1 week prior to attendance, whichever is the earliest.

14.  All fees to be paid on drop of your pet by either Direct Deposit into our bank account or cash.

15.  Pets in Paris reserve the right to have a minimum five (5) day boarding fee charge for the Christmas
  period.

16.  When collecting pets early, fees will be charged for all dates initially booked, unless those dates have
   been altered 14 days prior to arrival. NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN IF PETS ARE COLLECTED EARLY
